Imogen Cunningham was once an American photographer who’s perfect recognized for her portraits and her pictures of plant lifestyles. She was once a member of Group f/64, along side photographers reminiscent of Edward Weston and Ansel Adams. In the early Thirties, Cunningham labored in brief for Vanity Fair and produced portraits of entertainers and celebrities. After the breakup of Group f/64, she ran a a hit portrait gallery and taught at a number of California artwork colleges. Cunningham was once awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship, and an honorary doctorate by the California College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland. Her images had been displayed at the Dallas Art Museum, the E. B. Crocker Art Gallery in Sacramento, CA, and the Witkin Gallery in New York City, amongst others.
